Ryan is full of encouragement and keeps you motivated throughout your session. I have improved on my strength and technique with his wealth of knowledge he provides to you each session. Due to this I have lost 5kg since first stating with Ryan. I would definitely recommend anyone to Ryan who is looking to improve their health and well-being.

Before joining Mind Over Body program, I was struggling to achieve my fitness goals. After joining the program, my instructor (Ryan) provided me with their expertise, techniques and nutritional advice to achieve my goals. In 4 months I've lost 12kg smashing way beyond my goals and I'm in a far better shape than I ever though I'd be. I've build confidence, motivation and now dedicated to push even further than ever. Ryan has been awesome to work with, friendly, flexible with session times and very knowledgeable and understanding. 5 out of 5, I'd recommend this program to anyone.

I had an amazing experience training with Ryan. His intelligence has helped me improve on form, I can lift heavier now and learned so many great exercises. He always kept me motivated during our sessions and adjusted the workouts to challenge me while considering my fitness level.
